Browsing & cookies

The INOBIC company website has no user accounts. It contains no advertising, ad tracking or audience analytics code. The language is determined by the page URL, without a preference cookie.

When you visit, the hosting infrastructure may process technical data such as your IP address, date, requested URL and browser information. This data is used to deliver pages, diagnose errors and protect the service.

Form & email

The project and audit forms prepare a draft in your browser: request type, description and optional timeline and budget. The website does not send these fields to INOBIC or store them in a database.

The email button opens your email application with the draft. You then decide whether to send it. The copy button places the summary on your clipboard at your request; your device or email application may retain their own copies.

To receive a reply, include an email address we can respond to and the information needed to understand your enquiry. Do not send passwords, API keys, confidential source code or production data in your initial message.

Use & retention

If you send an email, your address, any identity details you provide and the message content are used to answer and follow up on your enquiry. Steps needed for a quote or engagement rely on pre-contractual measures or contract performance; general enquiries and website security rely on INOBIC’s legitimate interest in handling enquiries and operating the service.

Correspondence is retained while the enquiry is handled and during the follow-up needed to close it. For an engagement, relevant records form part of the contract file and are retained according to applicable obligations and evidential needs. Technical-log retention depends on the hosting service settings and on diagnostic and security needs.

Providers & transfers

Recipients are the authorised people at INOBIC who handle the enquiry and the technical providers needed for hosting and email. The website is hosted by Microsoft Azure. Domain email routing uses OVHcloud email services.

Processing, location and transfer arrangements depend on the services used. Microsoft describes its safeguards for international processing in its privacy documentation. Contact INOBIC for details about how your enquiry is handled or the applicable safeguards.

Exercise your rights

Depending on your situation and the legal basis for processing, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, data portability. State your request and the email address used in your correspondence. Proportionate identity verification may be needed if there is doubt.
