Privacy policy
This policy covers Bolt Garden on iOS and Android, its web prototype and its support pages. The mobile release with in-app purchases is in preparation. The purchase processing described below applies when the store is enabled.
Controller and contact
Bolt Garden is published by INOBIC SAS, 200 rue de la Croix Nivert, 75015 Paris, France (Paris trade register 100 546 175). For privacy, support or data requests: contact@inobic.fr.
Local progress and preferences
No player account is required. Your current level, undo history, completed levels, language and sound/haptic settings stay on your device. The system language is read to suggest a language automatically. INOBIC does not receive your progress or language preference from the game. Apple or Google system backups may include local data depending on your settings.
Offline play and web storage
The game works offline. Your browser may cache game files using a service worker. This cache and local saves are required for functionality and are not used for advertising. Purchases, restores and opening web pages require a connection.
Purchases and RevenueCat
In a native version with the store enabled, RevenueCat is contacted at startup to check access and products, and during purchases, restores and app foregrounding. A pseudonymous app identifier generated by RevenueCat, transaction receipts or tokens, purchased products and their status, and necessary technical information (app version, operating system, locale and connection information) may be processed. This supports paid access validation, restoration, security and purchase reporting. The game does not send your name or email address to RevenueCat. Apple or Google processes payment; INOBIC does not receive card numbers. The web preview cannot make purchases and does not initialize native billing.
Purposes and recipients
Purchase and support processing relies on providing the requested service; security, fraud prevention and purchase analysis rely on legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service; some retention is required by law. Recipients include INOBIC, RevenueCat for purchase management, Apple or Google for store services, Microsoft Azure for web hosting, and email service providers for support. Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, under their contractual safeguards and applicable transfer mechanisms.
No advertising or advertising tracking
The game includes no ads, advertising identifiers, player messaging or cross-app advertising tracking. No level-behavior analytics tool is added. RevenueCat purchase reporting is separate from local game progress. The game does not request contacts, camera, microphone or location access.
Support and web pages
If you email support, INOBIC receives your email address and the content you send to handle your request. Do not send passwords or banking details. Support pages add no advertising cookies or audience analytics. Hosting may process IP addresses and technical logs needed to deliver and secure pages. Service communications use HTTPS encryption in transit; local data relies on your device protections.
Retention and deletion
Progress stays on your device until erased or the app is uninstalled, subject to system backups. Purchase data is retained as needed to validate and restore a permanent purchase, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. Support correspondence is retained for handling and necessary follow-up; technical logs follow security needs and provider practices. To request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable, email contact@inobic.fr and mention Bolt Garden. We may ask for a transaction reference to locate a purchase, never banking details. Legal obligations may limit erasure, and deletion does not remove independent Apple or Google records.
Your choices and rights
Change language, sound and haptics in Settings. There is no player account to delete. Use device or browser storage settings to erase local data; this may permanently remove progress and does not refund a purchase. Purchases can be restored under the store’s rules. You may complain to the French CNIL (cnil.fr) or your local data protection authority. A parent or guardian can contact us about a child’s data and use system purchase controls. Material changes to these practices will be stated on this page.
