SpanVoyage privacy policy
This policy covers the SpanVoyage game on iOS and Android and its support pages.
Who is responsible?
The game is published by INOBIC SAS, 200 rue de la Croix Nivert, 75015 Paris, France, RCS Paris 100 546 175. For any questions, contact: contact@inobic.fr.
Game data stays on your device
SpanVoyage does not require a player account. Progress, stars, records, settings and campaign unlock status are stored locally. The game has no advertising, analytics, ad tracking or player messaging. INOBIC does not receive your progress.
Operating system backups may include local data depending on your Apple or Google settings. Their management depends on the relevant service.
Purchases and restoration
The full campaign is an optional one-time purchase, with no subscription. Apple App Store or Google Play processes the payment. The game uses transaction information needed to verify and restore your access. INOBIC does not receive your card numbers. Data processed by the store is also subject to its own privacy rules.
Children and families
SpanVoyage is intended for all ages, including children. The game does not ask children for their name, email address or location, and contains no targeted advertising. A parent or legal guardian must supervise optional purchases and may use the store’s purchase controls.
For help concerning a child, we ask the parent or legal guardian to contact us without providing unnecessary personal information about the child.
When you contact support
If you write to us, we receive your email address and any information you choose to provide. We use it to answer your enquiry and resolve the issue, based on our legitimate interest in providing support. We retain these exchanges as long as necessary to process and follow up on the enquiry and meet applicable legal obligations. Do not send passwords or banking details.
These web pages
These pages have no forms, advertising or analytics tools added by INOBIC. The hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the pages, including IP addresses and connection logs.
Your choices and rights
You can manage local data by clearing game data or uninstalling the app; an operating system backup may restore it. Deleting local data does not cancel a store purchase.
To exercise applicable rights over support data — access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection — contact contact@inobic.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority, including the CNIL in France.
Changes to this policy
This page will be updated if the game’s practices change. The date above indicates the latest revision.
