Delete data
No player account to delete
Pocket Parking does not require a player account. Progress, car positions and preferences stay on your device. INOBIC has no copy of your game save and cannot delete it remotely.
Erase local data
On Android, open app information, then Storage, and clear app data. On iOS, delete the app; offloading alone may retain its data. In a browser, clear Pocket Parking site data, including local storage and the offline cache. Check system backups separately if you also want to remove them. This can permanently erase your progress.
Request deletion of purchase or support data
Email contact@inobic.fr with the subject “Pocket Parking data”. Include your platform and enough information to identify your request. A transaction reference may be needed to locate a pseudonymous purchase. Never send passwords or banking details. We handle requests under applicable rights, normally within one month, and inform you if a justified extension is needed.
Deletion limits
Some records must be retained for legal obligations or legal claims. Deleting data does not refund a purchase or erase independent Apple or Google records. Deleting validation information may affect access restoration; we explain the consequences before processing the request.
