Delete your data
Request deletion
Orbit Puzzle does not create a player account. To request deletion of purchase or support data held by INOBIC or its service provider RevenueCat, email contact@inobic.fr with the subject “Orbit Puzzle data”. Include your platform and, if needed, a transaction reference to locate the data. Never send a password or payment-card details.
Erase local progress
Progress, undo history, camera position and settings remain on your device. Clear app data in Android settings, delete the app on iOS, or clear this site’s data in your browser. System backups may retain a copy depending on your settings; offloading an iOS app keeps its data.
Effects and limits
Deletion may be irreversible and does not issue a refund. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal duties, security or proof of purchase. Apple’s and Google’s own records remain subject to their policies. We will explain the data deleted and any necessary retention when handling your request.
