Email contact@inobic.fr with the subject “Cozy Critters data” to request access to or deletion of purchase or support data we can locate. You may include the store and transaction reference, but no passwords or bank details. No player account is required. To erase local progress, clear app storage on Android or uninstall the app on iOS, taking system backups into account. Restoring a purchase does not restore completed levels. Legally retained records and data independently held by Apple/Google may not be erasable by INOBIC.
